Learn How To Take Better Photos
I regret my blog post is later than usual this week, not because I’ve been out enjoying the sun but because I’ve been more active than usual. This week I have enjoyed working with two portrait photography clients, and I’ve been out networking – to find women to collaborate with.
Some of the networking I do is for my own benefit, to educate myself. Other times, I network to meet interesting people – to support and help each other, for mutual benefit. Recently, I met two very lovely and ‘open-minded’ women – our conversations have evolved into some exciting collaborations.
Project No.1. The first project is with a make-up artist, to offer a unique and luxury boudoir experience for hen parties. In case you missed my blog last week, here is the link to Hen Party Ideas. Please get in touch with me if you would like to explore how we can incorporate the Boudoir Experience into your own hen party plans.
Project No.2. The second exciting project I am currently developing is with a mum-of-two who runs a business group for mums in Waltham Forest. We have teamed up to run photography classes for parents who want to learn how to take better photographs of their children.
Perhaps you are worried about taking your children to a photographer who may not treat them properly. Or, perhaps it’s just more convenient and suits your lifestyle to learn how to take better photos yourself. I completely appreciate that life is also full of unexpected expenses, so if it suits your pocket to learn how to take better photos yourself, then I would love to help you. I will impart some of my experience and technical knowledge with you so that you can learn how to take better photos of your children…and then keep on taking them!
The first photography class will be held on Monday, 22 July. The final details are yet to be finalised, but we would like to invite you to register your interest.
As we are piloting these photography classes, they are being offered at a reduced price. You will be required to complete a short questionnaire as well as provide feedback. If you are interested in attending one of the classes, and book and pay by Wednesday, July 17, you will get a further discount of £5.00, therefore paying just £30.00 for the experience. Please contact Colette Machado on 07803606072 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Project No.3. I am working with Aleka Gutzmore. She’s my Personal Financial Mentor, and I have invited her to host her ‘Coffee & Cash’ meeting in my brand new showroom in South Woodford. It is a FREE event, to promote the local financial services and to highlight the importance of networking for positive cash flow.
I’ll be serving the best fresh Colombian coffee and I will share how Aleka’s money tips have helped me become financially focused in 2013. If you would like to join Coffee and Cash on Friday 19th July at 3pm, contact Aleka Gutzmore, www.mylifechoices.co.uk or email: email@example.com
That’s it for this week. Please don’t forget, if you would like to register your interest for our photography classes “Learn How to Take Better Photos of Your Children”, we would like to hear from you by Wednesday 17 July.
Onwards and upwards and may the good weather continue!
