CONFERENCE PHOTOGRAPHY

Your conference is no ordinary event

Conference and Event Photographer

If you are looking for a Conference Photographer or a corporate event photographer, you are in the right place – I would like to help you.

Conferences are definitely no ordinary events. International Conferences can involve three to five days photography starting with the opening event and continuing with multiple workshops, speaker presentations, seminars, VIP guest dinners, sponsor events, closing speeches and events, post-conference parties, field trips etc.

A good conference photographer will tell your story. You’ll want a photographer with stamina, who is discrete and can work a room without being noticed. You’ll be looking for natural and relaxed shots of people at the conference. You’ll want a variety of angles, as well as portraits and action shots. A photographer who can deal with a range of different lighting situations is vital. Furthermore, you’ll want an experienced conference photographer who understands the importance of those images in your Corporate Marketing and PR strategy.

When it comes to capturing all the elements of your conference, I will make sure all your events are covered, no matter what.

To make sure you have a set of images that you can use across all of your businesses social media and print for years to come:

► I’ll sit down with you to work out an event brief to ensure you get the images that best portray your conference.

► I’ll provide you with a wide variety of commercial quality images, so that you’ve got exactly what you need for marketing, PR and future promotion.

► I’ll showcase your conference and VIP guests in the best possible light.
